How do you ensure freshness?

We work directly with the farm to source the freshest beans, and their small-batch roasting process guarantees peak flavor and aroma in every cup.

What are the different roast levels?

We can offer three roast profiles: Light Roast (bright, fruity, high acidity), Medium Roast (balanced flavor, smooth body), and Dark Roast (bold, rich, low acidity). Each roast brings out unique characteristics of our single-origin beans. Medium and dark roasts are currently available — stock varies by coffee.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the beans during transit. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Where does your coffee come from?

Every coffee we carry is single-origin — grown, harvested, and roasted by one family farm: Dawn in the Countryside (Amanecer del Campo), located outside Salamina in Colombia's Coffee Axis. The beans are grown, roasted, packaged, and shipped directly from the farm.
